RECIPE PLEASE! Pea Milk Pops

We try to stay an organic parents...we slip up here and there because it's an expensive lifestyle. My 1 year old had a hard time transitioning from her formula to regular milk. We didn't want her drinking cow's milk, therefore, after extensive research, we found a healthier equivalent...Pea Milk.

She refuuuuuuuused to drink it, but we were determined and adamant about her drinking Pea Milk. Therefore, I came up with a simple...yet genius idea...Pea Milk Pops! The ultimate trickery haha

After a few days of the Pea Milk Pop, we put it back in a sippy and although still a tad bit reluctant, she began drinking the Pea Milk!

It was so simple:

  • silicone popsicle molds

  • Ripple Pea Milk (Vanilla) (or any milk of your liking)

  • a baby spoon as the popsicle stick (I did not feel like going to get popsicle sticks and my high anxiety caused me to see nothing but the popsicle stick cutting her tongue haha...seriously)

  • plastic wrap

  1. Fill silicone molds with Ripple Pea Milk

  2. Place a tight sheet of plastic wrap over the mold

  3. Poke the spoons (or sticks if you dare haha) through the plastic wrap. The plastic wrap is to hold them upright in place.

  4. Freeze for 3 hours.

  5. Let the little one go to town! (have the wet wipes ready...it gets messy)

Please, be sure to supervise your little one as they enjoy their Milk Pop. Although it is a popsicle, never leave your little to eat unsupervised.
